What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is the process of helping people get from point A to point B, in whatever form that looks for them. The process involves identifying where the person is currently at and where they want to get to, the client will work with the coach to identify what barriers are currently preventing them from getting to their goals, and find ways to overcome these. Life coaching holds the belief that every individual can reach their own full potential using their own resources and knowledge. It differs from therapy in the way that a life coach will not tell you what to do, but instead uses insightful questioning to guide you towards your own answers.

Firstly, we will begin with a discovery call completely free of charge, this is usually a chat around 20 minutes long to establish what it is you want from coaching and whether we are a good fit! This is an opportunity for me to get to know you and your expectations, and for you to find out a bit more about coaching with me. After this, if you are interested in going ahead with sessions, you can then book directly with me. Some people choose to have weekly sessions, others prefer every other week, or you can simply choose to book a session as and when you feel you would benefit from one!
During sessions, we will explore what motivates and drives you, we will uncover any unfulfilled dreams and look to remove any barriers preventing you from living the life you want.
